Latest news.
We regret to inform you that due to the unfolding COVID-19 / Coronavirus situation, we have decided to postpone the International Cargo Bike Festival 2020. Both the ICBF Conference and Expo will now take place at a later date this year.
Developments
We would like to update you on the latest developments here:
What next?
We will be in touch again shortly after April 6th (at the latest) to inform you about developments including, hopefully, new dates.
Again for clarity, what we do know for now is that:
Rest assured that our priority is remains to ensure the safety of all those involved in the ICBF; visitors, exhibitors, speakers, those involved in the organisation, and everybody who comes into contact with them.
As this is a serious and rapidly changing situation, we will continue to follow developments carefully. Our decisions on how to proceed will be based on the scientific advice of the national and local health authorities here in the Netherlands.
We hope that you, your family, friends and colleagues remain healthy and happy over the coming period.

Back to our roots…
The International Cargo Bike Festival is where the cargo bike community comes together. As many of you already know, we’re heading back to Nijmegen for 2020, and are planning the best edition yet, with many of the elements from previous years that you know and love, plus some new innovations.
Venue De Vasim is a former silk factory turned alternative workshop space, with plenty of outside space, which offers both plentiful protection from rain and a firm asphalt surface underfoot.
Price Freeze
We’re proud to be one of the most affordable Expos out there for the cargo bike sector, providing the most bang for your buck. That’s why we’ve frozen prices for Expo space at ICBF 2020, meaning prices have not risen since ICBF 2019.
Friday: ICBF Mini-Expo
Last year we welcomed 240 B2B and policy maker delegates from over 30 countries to an inspiring ICBF Conference in Groningen. This year there will be another ICBF Conference, and we want to give ICBF Expo Exhibitors maximum exposure to delegates. That’s why we’re holding an ICBF Conference Mini-Expo in which ICBF Expo Exhibitors will get the chance to network alongside one bike or one table in a prominent location inside the Conference venue.
To gain access, you need to be an Exhibitor at the ICBF Expo and will also need to register the individual colleagues you want to be present for the ICBF Conference. This registration occurs separately and we’ll keep you in the loop as details on pricing etc are released.
